    Amy has over 20 years of non-profit experience serving the Greater Green Bay area. Throughout her career, Amy has demonstrated a commitment to community service, a talent for mission-driven leadership, and a passion for meeting the diverse health and well-being needs of the Greater Green Bay community. Amy is proud to be a partner in our shared mission to eliminate racism and empower women and to make a positive impact in our community.

  • Regan Dähnert - Director of Operations (she/her)

    Regan Dähnert

    Director of Operations (she/her)

    Regan has worked in a variety of challenging occupational settings including preventive care and rehabilitation in corporate, clinical, and collegiate environments. From newcomers to veteran athletes, she enjoys meeting the needs of each individual as she coaches them toward achieving their unique goals. Regan graduated from University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Wellness with minors in Safety and Health Protection. Her certifications include: 500 RYT Yoga, YogaFit (Levels I, II, III and SeniorFit), AFFA Certified Personal Trainer, Keiser Cycling Certification, American Heart Association-CPR, Johnny G. Spin, American Lung Association-Freedom from Smoking Facilitator. She specializes in cardiac rehab phase 3 & 4, yoga, weight loss, and aquatics.

    Kathy's education is in Women Studies-Social Change and Development from UW-Green Bay and she holds several resource development certifications, courses and experience as a conference speaker. Kathy was with the Green Bay YMCA for many years in her role as Annual Giving Director. Other experiences include Volunteer Coordination at Family Violence Center and Bay Area Humane Society and more recently Philanthropy Director roles at Casa of Brown County and the Fox Cities YMCA.

    Teri has been the YWCA Greater Green Bay Aquatics Director since 1990 & is a driving force in our reputation for providing “the best swim lessons in town.” Generations of swimmers & parents alike credit Teri for going above & beyond to not only help them become good swimmers but better people as well. Teri has scored a number of noteworthy accomplishments –coaching numerous swimmers who went on to compete at the collegiate level & coaching teams to conference and sectional titles. Teri’s words to live by are simple – “If you love what you do, you never work a day in your life.”

  • Holly Herman - Childcare Director  (she/her)

    Childcare Director (she/her)

    Holly has over 20 years of experience working with young children and families. She is passionate about creating a childcare program where children flourish, teachers are empowered, and different perspectives are valued. Holly’s education background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Social Change and Development from UW-Green Bay and a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education from the Erikson Institute. In her free time she enjoys hiking, kayaking, gardening, reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

  • Andrea Huggenvik - Social Justice Program Specialist (she/her)

    Andrea Huggenvik

    Social Justice Program Specialist (she/her)

    With the YWCA Greater Green Bay since April 2020, Andrea brings with her a wide range of experience in higher education, workforce development, non-profit management, and teaching and presenting. She uses her background in psychology and neuroscience to bring developmental programming to individuals at all stages of their anti-racism journey. As a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory, Andrea coaches individuals and groups toward understanding their current relationship diversity and how to develop skills and attitudes that are richer and more inclusive. Andrea has earned bachelor’s degrees in psychology and political science and a master’s degree in sustainable systems. For self-care, Andrea likes to knit, consume a lot of sci-fi, and follow around a husky.

  • Amanda Juech

    Amanda has over 15 years of human resources experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sector. She received a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and enjoys all aspects of HR, specifically onboarding and employee engagement. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys curling and coaching girls high school volleyball.

    Andy has over 25 years of financial and accounting experience. He received a BA from St Norbert College with a major in Accounting. He is certified as an Enrolled Agent and operates his own business, Andy Leiterman Tax preparation and Accounting, LLC.

    Beth has over 12 years of non-profit experience concentrating in customer service. She enjoys meeting new people, interacting with members, and helping to ensure that everyone’s YWCA experience meets their physical, emotional, and social needs. Beth is originally from the Upper Peninsula and has lived in the Green Bay area for 7 years. In her free time, she loves to read, bake, cook, and, most importantly, spend time with her grandbabies.

She has a passion for supporting women, families, and children, and she loves helping people of all backgrounds to live the lives they want with dignity and respect. She is grateful to be a YWCA team member and is dedicated to carrying out our mission.

    Danielle has worked in childcare since 2009 and holds an Associate Degree in Human Services from Rasmussen College. She is excited to support early childhood development through her work in the classroom. In her free time she loves being outside, watching movies, taking photos, and spending time with her two kids.

    Kristin Achieved he BSN from Bellin College of Nursing and Master’s Degree in Nursing Education from University of Phoenix. Currently working as an Assistant Teaching Professor at UWGB as well as working with Employer Clinics with Bellin Health for the summer months

    Financial Advisor | Creative Planning

    Kimberly has a bachelor’s degree in Personal Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a master’s degree in Business Administration from St. Norbert College, and is a Certified Financial Planner™. She is a Financial Planner with Creative Planning where she prioritizes providing superior customer service while delivering innovative and effective solutions to help clients meet their goals. Kimberly also currently serves on the board of the Wildlife Sanctuary and is a part of the Green and Gold Gala Planning committee for Family Services. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two kids.

    Senior Information Management Specialist | Oneida Nation

    Aliskwet is 28 years old and an enrolled member of the Oneida Nation. She currently works in the Government Administrative Office for the Oneida Nation as a Senior Information Management Specialist. She has her Bachelor of Science in Sociology and is working towards her master’s degree in Public Administration at the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. “The work the YWCA does is important to me because I believe in the mission to eliminate racism and to empower women. I learned at a very young age that women are powerful and can do amazing things; however, not all women have the accessibility to resources or economic advantages as others. The YWCA strives to provide those resources. The education on injustice is vital to me. I look forward to the opportunity to further educate myself through YWCA’s Social Justice Education Programs.”

    Vice President – Private Banking | Fortifi Bank

    Gina is Vice President of Private Banking and a member of the management team at Fortifi Bank. She has close to 30 years of banking experience and is a graduate of UW-Milwaukee where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Human Resources. Gina believes strongly in giving back to the community and that we should all be willing to help each other to strengthen our community, empower each other, and give everyone the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their challenges. This is Gina’s second round as a YWCA board member, and she has also served on the boards of Literacy Green Bay, Green Bay Rotary Club, March of Dimes, Management Women, and the West De Pere Youth Organization’s Fast Break program. Gina is married to Lane Evans, and has two children, Gehret and Brehna.

    Cathy has worked in the banking industry for over 28 years - the last five of which she has spent at Johnson Financial Group. As the Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager, Cathy leads a team of financial professionals to provide exceptional service and help clients achieve their financial goals.

  • Chelsea Faase, Ph.D. (she/her)

    Chelsea Faase, Ph.D. (she/her)

    University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh

    Dr. Chelsea Faase teaches in the Leadership, Literacy, and Social Foundations department at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. One of Chelsea’s greatest impacts on the Greater Green Bay community has been her leadership and coordination of the Girls Leadership and Development (GLAD Camp) Summer program at St. Norbert College. Additionally, Chelsea uses her knowledge, passion, and talents to support local nonprofits like the Greater Bayland Literacy council, where she sat on the executive board for multiple years, as well as Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin for which she is on the board of directors. Chelsea has dedicated her life to empowering young girls, advocates for diversity and inclusion, and is always looking for ways to educate herself and others on systemic disparities that impact our community. This is why she is thrilled to be joining the YWCA board of directors as well.

    Media Relations Manager | Schneider

    Kara is a media relations manager at Schneider and a five-time Emmy winning former television news producer in the Green Bay, Milwaukee, and Twin Cities markets. Prior to joining Schneider, Kara was the media relations strategist at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Kara holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from St. Norbert College and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University of Wisconsin. She also serves as president of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Northeast Wisconsin. Kara lives in the Green Bay area with her husband and two daughters.

  • Rachel Maes (she/her)

    Assistant City Attorney | City of Green Bay

    Rachel graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with degrees in political science and Russian Language and Civilization, before obtaining her law degree from Hamline University School of Law. Rachel is currently the Brown County representative on the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Board of Governors, serves on the board of directors for NeighborWorks Green Bay, and is a founding board member of the Baird Creek Parkway Neighborhood Association. Rachel was named one of the Future 15 Young Professionals by Greater Green Bay Chamber of Commerce in 2022 and one of the Top 40 LGBTQ Lawyers Under 40 by The National LGBTQ Bar Association in 2021. With a passion for advocating for justice and inclusion, Rachel engages in projects promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and access throughout Greater Green Bay. Rachel lives on the east side of Green Bay with her wife, Danielle, and her three children.

    Amanda is currently a strategy advancement advisor at Humana and responsible for strategic development, internal communications, and organizational content development. Throughout her tenure at Humana, she has held various roles with a focus on the associate experience, culture, engagement, communication, organizational effectiveness, and strategy advancement. Amanda’s passion for helping others is demonstrated through participation in Greater Green Bay Chamber of Commerce’s Economic Development Diversity & Inclusiveness Task Force and co-leadership of a community partners meeting which allows local organizations to engage in conversations that will help build a more inclusive community.

    Lynn has worked in corporate and non-profit communications for 20 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications from University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College. Lynn is passionate about a wide variety of issues including disability rights, voter registration, inclusivity, and female empowerment. She has volunteered with Syble Hopp School, Exceptional Equestrians, Coalition of Voting Organizations, and currently serves on the board of League of Women Voters of Greater Green Bay. In addition to being a small business owner, she is a wife and mother who enjoys cooking, traveling and collecting vintage clothing. Lynn hopes to draw on her communication skills to further the YWCA’s mission and help make Greater Green Bay a more inclusive and welcoming community for all.

    Lois has been with Family Services for 35 years in various roles including crisis worker, therapist, manager and vice president. She is involved with United Way Fox Cities Health Impact Committee and Connections for Mental Wellness. Lois is passionate about building partnerships to support our communities.

    Senior Vice President, Personal & Corporate Trust Manager | Associated Trust Company

    As senior vice president at Associated Trust Company, Charity Olson is responsible for the oversight and management of trust administration in the Green Bay market as well as the corporate trust business line of Associated Trust Company. Charity has a degree in public relations journalism and has done freelance writing for local publications. Passionate about her community, Charity enjoys human interest stories. She believes that change starts at home and spends the majority of her free time with her family, which includes her husband, three children, two golden retrievers, and a Beta fish. Charity tries to give an example at home by prioritizing her family and showing the children the importance of giving back to the community. Active in her community, Charity has been the co-chair for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life Committee and has served on the Wellspring advisory board.

    Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Lakeland University-Wisconsin, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership Administration from Concordia University, and a certificate in Leading for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion from the University of Michigan. She is assistant to the chairman and the chief executive officer of KI and has a strong background in strategic planning, leadership, marketing, and project management. Amy enjoys being an active member of her community where she has offered her business acumen to All Saints Parish in Denmark where she has served as a member of both their finance council and personnel committee. Amy is currently an advisory committee member to the College of Business at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. She feels strongly about education and inclusion, and her values align perfectly with the YWCA’s mission of eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.

    Tricia recently moved back to the Greater Green Bay community after spending several years working and living with her family in the Milwaukee area. Tricia has over 25 years of banking experience, 15 of which have been with BMO Harris Bank where she is a commercial deal specialist for corporate and commercial lending operations. Tricia has a bachelor’s degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Through the years she has volunteered for many worthy organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement, and Paul’s Pantry. Tricia is extremely excited about her role on the YWCA board and is dedicated to living our mission statement of eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.

    Tax, Business & Estate Planning Consultant | von Briesen & Roper, S.C.

    Pam is a CPA and attorney with an LL.M, Doctorate Master’s of Tax, from Chicago Kent College of Law. She retired as a partner with Wipfli LLP in 2018 and has recently joined the law firm of von Briesen & Roper, s.c., as a tax, business, and estate planning consultant. Pam has served on many non-profit boards and committees including the executive committee for The Greater Green Bay Community Foundation and a special-purpose/unique asset foundation for The Fox Valley Community Foundation. Pam also currently serves on the Planned Giving Committee at St. Norbert College. Pam is married to Chad and they have two children, Breanna and Alec. She enjoys spending time with them boating, staying active, and attending many different sporting events.

    Associate Dean: Trades and Engineering Technologies | Northeast Wisconsin Technical College

    Jill has been a passionate leader in engineering, manufacturing, and education for over 30 years. As an Associate Dean at NWTC, she supports several engineering technologies programs and also co-leads a team developing Industry 4.0 strategies and pilot programs that integrate manufacturing, engineering, and IT programs. Jill graduated from UW-Madison with a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. She has worked for Eastman Kodak, Hewlett Packard, P&G, Rockwell Automation, and Paper Converting Machine Company. Jill is also a board member of KenyaHELP, a group dedicated to providing educational opportunities for economically challenged students in Meru, Kenya.

    Managing Director Export Sales | Schreiber Foods

    Alfiya is responsible for profitable growth of Schreiber Foods’ export business. She develops and executes strategy for selling goods to overseas customers, manages organizational resources, and leads sales and customer service team members. Her work experience also includes product management, brand building, and international business development at Kohler Co. Alfiya received her bachelor’s degree in international business from Lakeland College and an MBA with emphasis in marketing from Marquette University. She resides in De Pere with her husband, daughter, and son. Alfiya is passionate about building a diverse and inclusive culture in our community.

    Marketing and Communications Manager | LaForce

    Grace is a Green Bay local who works at LaForce as the Marketing and Communications Manager. Even in her early stages of her career, she is passionate and eager to learn more about marketing everyday. Grace earned her Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from St. Norbert College, and her MBA from Donald J. Schneider School of Business & Economics within St. Norbert College.

    Grace is devoted to empowering women and helped start an employee resource group at her company called Women in Construction. She believes there are no industries that women do not belong in and advocates for women in leadership. Hand and hand with women empowerment, Grace assistant coaches Preble Girls Varsity Soccer and truly enjoys coaching and playing the game.
